It’s only mid-year and The West Team already has so many things to be grateful for. Through the winter and spring, our clients, family, friends and colleagues participated in a number of West Team initiatives that allowed us to give more to our community. Through your referrals, we continue to be granted the opportunity to help more families with their goals and grow our team to provide exception services to each new addition to The West Team family.
With so much to be proud of, we’re thrilled to share some half-year highlights with you.
Happy Clients, Happy Homes
It’s no secret what our secret sauce is. We connect clients with exceptional contractors and provide stunning staging services that WOW buyers. This year, we’ve had the pleasure of assisting many out-of-town Sellers and their families repair and prepare for the HOT Ottawa market without lifting a finger. On top of it all, we were able to connect them with stellar professionals to assist with mortgages and closings.
Thank you to all the handymen, painters, cleaners, flooring specialists, lawyers, mortgage brokers and insurance agents that helped us create an exceptional experience and thus happy clients.
The team grew…again!
Last summer, we welcomed Mitch and Eric to the team and they have been continuously working hard to carry forward our team’s mission and vision. Since, Prarthana Thomas has been supporting the operations team with enthusiasm and being an incredible ambassador at our client events. In early spring, Emma Boisvert of Glam Interiors officially became a member of The West Team and has been assisting our Listing Manager, Aislyn, who took this new role to new heights, with staging, contractor coordination and client care.
We are so thrilled with the team we’ve built over the years with all different and charasmatic personalities, we’re bursting at the seams to share our Meet The West Team video and client testimonials.
The evolution of The West Team has allowed Josh and Richelle to embrace leadership roles and guide the team towards success that surpasses year over year. Way to go team!

This year, our team has pushed ourselves to do more by giving more to the community. In March, we hosted the March Break Matinee, selling out and welcoming 100 past, present and new faces. In June, many of you helped us raise thousands of dollars for the CHEO Foundation while carrying out a tradition started 8 years ago by the Wests at our annual golf tournament (check out this video for the day’s events!)
In the months of July, August and September, we are continuing to give to the CHEO Foundation and to our beloved community by hosting three Movie in the Park events. Save the dates of July 27, August 30 and September 27 and stay tuned to our Facebook & Instagram pages for more information!
This year, we’ve been blessed to have met so many individuals who have made positive impacts on our lives. We’re confident our expertise, guidance and family approach to real estate has done the same for our clients. We’re grateful to have been most recently in the top 25 for units sold and GCI and sold many homes for tip-TOP dollar and negotiate many dream homes at great prices for our buyers.
