Aislyn has over ten years of client relations experience, and five years of direct experience working in real estate. Aislyn is an integral member of The West Team and currently holds a dual role as Executive Assistant and Realtor. The experience she acquired in her administrative role has allowed her to gain incredible knowledge of the real estate market and she has comprehensive understanding of all of the paperwork required to transact in real estate.
Aislyn also has a natural ability to work with people and her education provides her with the insight and ability to ensure The West Team’s priority to client commitment is achieved, and to focus on the ongoing positive relationship in the real estate industry for the benefit of current and future clients.
JP entered real estate with over 12 years of sales experience under his belt, having previously worked as a sales man for Canadian Select Farm Foods and Ottawa Honda, where he was awarded Top Salesman for 3 year in a row due to his outstanding customer service.
As the son of an influential commercial real estate broker in Sudbury, On. There is little surprise that JP found his way into the real estate business, some might say it’s in his blood.
When he’s not helping sellers to get their homes ready to sell, or negotiating a win-win deal JP like to hit the slopes as an avid downhill skier, strap on some skates and hit the rink for a good hockey game and for those few months we get some green grass JP loves to find the time for a round or two of golf.
Jennifer, born and raised in Ottawa, brings a strong energy to the West Team with her positive attitude and willingness to help out in any way that she can. With over 15 years of professional service experience, Jen understands the importance of customer service and satisfaction. A skilled communicator with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa, Jen has developed a reputation for listening to her clients’ needs and delivering results. Jen sets a high standard of service by keeping her clients’ best interests in mind at all times and ensuring their expectations are exceeded and each transaction is completed efficiently.

Licensed since 2004, Eric has had the opportunity to serve many clients and found a home on The West Team in 2018. A sales representative specializing in buying and investing, Eric will take his time to make sure he understands your goals. On top of his extensive experience buying and selling residential homes, Eric has also built a portfolio of investment properties and a property management company, equipping him with the knowledge to best serve this niche market.
Mitch grew an interest in real estate dating back to middle school, designing floor plans and dreaming up beautiful homes. After nearly a decade of helping clients purchase products and renovate their home, Mitch became a Realtor in 2017, joining The West Team the following year.
When working with his clients, his main goal is to develop lasting relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, along with making the transaction seamless. He prides himself on his reliability and honesty, and is always a phone call or text message away at all times.
Kathleen has always been very intrigued by the idea of real estate since she was a teenager. Moving several times as a child, accompanying her father while he went on his construction projects and watching him remodel a home sparked her interest. While studying to get her license, Kathleen has been behind the scenes being in the administrative role for several years. This has allowed her to gain a wealth of knowledge of the real estate market and an understanding of the paperwork involved in a real estate transaction. Her goal for her clients is to create buying or selling a home a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable journey. As they enter into a new chapter of their lives, she hopes her clients will create monumental moments that they can look back on. “A house remembers everyone that has ever lived in it. After graduating from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Marketing, Kaity Campbell found her dream job in real estate when applying her business knowledge to a social environment. Her youthful passion for marketing and advertising helps deliver a creative and dynamic aspect to the team. She understands that today’s real estate consumers rely heavily on technology in both the purchase and sale of a home and has adapted her operational strategy to reflect that.
As an Ottawa native, Kaity delivers a high degree of market knowledge as she has experienced the evolution of the housing market. In her spare time she enjoys going to Greco, traveling, playing ringette, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
