I’ve had the pleasure of working with Shannon Hogan and The West Team on multiple real estate transactions over the past several years, and I can confidently say they are exceptional. I first met Shannon in 2020 while I was living in Toronto and looking to buy a home in Ottawa during the pandemic. Since I couldn’t travel, Shannon went above and beyond by virtually showing me numerous properties, carefully walking me through every detail and providing honest, thoughtful advice. I trusted her expertise so much that I purchased my first home without ever seeing it in person, and it turned out to be the right decision. My second home purchase was an even better experience. Shannon’s dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care made it feel as though she was buying the home for herself. Shannon Hogan was amazing from beginning to end.  We live in Montreal and we were selling our town house in Ottawa. Shannon arranged everything from A-Z.  The painter, the lock box, the staging process, the cleaners and all the other hidden details including a lawyer to take care of all the transactions.  We met with Shannon once and did everything long distance from beginning to end.  It was the easiest process for selling a house.  Shannon was very professional and always had a smile on her face along with her very cheery attitude on the phone. A wonderful realtor for anyone in the market to buy or sell. I can't say enough about the excellent experience I had with Josh West and his team of real-estate professionals. They went out of their way to make selling my house stress free and extremely quick. In fact, the team sold my house in just three days after the listing for an excellent price thanks in large measure to the excellent work of Shannon Hogan and Josh himself who helped guide me through the whole process and ensure that everything happened smoothly. 10 out of 10 — we couldn’t recommend the West Team and Shannon Hogan more. We were out of our element when it came to selling our home, but Shannon made the whole process feel manageable from start to finish. She coordinated so much of the listing prep and helped take a huge amount off our plates. Every time something came up, she walked us through it and made sure we felt supported the entire way through. The end result honestly exceeded all of our expectations. We ended up with more interest than we ever thought we would. We’re really looking forward to continuing to work with Shannon and the West Team as we search for our next home. We had a phenomenal experience working with Josh and Shannon from the West Team for the purchase of our first home! Upon meeting, they both took the time to get to know us, they provided great insight on things to look for while viewing homes, and taught us a lot. During the process, Shannon was always exceptionally responsive to our questions and gave us the right advice at the right time. She was very patient during viewings and validated our concerns. More importantly, Shannon made it enjoyable to look at houses and she was able to melt away stress with her attention and care. We had a great experience working with our realtor, Shannon Hogan. She was warm, patient, and never once pushed us to make an offer, which made the whole process stress-free. As parents of a toddler, we really appreciated how understanding and accommodating she was. When our little one was asleep in the car, she kindly showed homes to each of us separately so we didn’t have to disturb her, that meant a lot to us.
