I can't say enough about the excellent experience I had with Josh West and his team of real-estate professionals. They went out of their way to make selling my house stress free and extremely quick. In fact, the team sold my house in just three days after the listing for an excellent price thanks in large measure to the excellent work of Shannon Hogan and Josh himself who helped guide me through the whole process and ensure that everything happened smoothly. We had a phenomenal experience working with Josh and Shannon from the West Team for the purchase of our first home! Upon meeting, they both took the time to get to know us, they provided great insight on things to look for while viewing homes, and taught us a lot. During the process, Shannon was always exceptionally responsive to our questions and gave us the right advice at the right time. She was very patient during viewings and validated our concerns. More importantly, Shannon made it enjoyable to look at houses and she was able to melt away stress with her attention and care. When we decided we wanted to make an offer on a property, she gave it her all, sometimes at ungodly hours of the evening. We truly appreciate her dedication. Amazing, kind, and fantastic team!!! We met Josh on Tuesday night, and by Sunday our house was sold after two days on the market for over-asking.
