What began as a neighbourhood initiative has grown into community-wide impact. The West Team has collected over 120,000 pounds of food for the Kanata Food Cupboard, with a record 39,705 pounds in 2024.

Richelle managed all aspects of our sale with grace and professionalism.  It was a family affair that saw siblings from all over the country converging on the West office for a week in May.  Richelle and the team, including her field team of contractors, painters, etc, pulled off a miracle.  She said she would only spend a dollar if it would return $2, and it actually returned $3!!! It was a pleasure to work with them and know them better. It took 6 months to find a decent home due to market conditions at a time but Josh and his team didn't give up. I am truly satisfied with their services and level of effort they put on especially Josh/Aislyn they would respond to messages right away and give me the best advice where possible. We once again in a situation where suddenly needed to sell a house. Our sister passed away suddenly. Josh was such a hugh help with dealing with the sale and government tax issues. House sold for way over what we expected. Josh and Richelle sold both my husband's Mother and my Mother's house in the past couple of years and they were fantastically helpful and got way more for the places than we expected. In fact my Mother's place was well over asking price. Their advice on what to do to move these places quickly was invaluable! We will be using them again when time to sell our home.
