LITE STAGE
For a home that already shows well but needs a few finishing touches after personal belongings are removed. This option includes a consultation report and a limited selection of artwork, greenery, pillows, throws and surface décor.
The Full Vignette
FULL STAGE
For an occupied home that needs a more substantial décor refresh. This option may include artwork, greenery, textiles, curated décor, primary-bedroom bedding and bathroom accessories.
The Integrated Refresh
HYBRID STAGE
For an occupied home that needs selected furniture in addition to décor. Up to three major pieces from The West Team’s inventory may be used to supplement or replace the seller’s furniture, along with artwork, rugs, lighting and accessories.
The Blank Canvas
VACANT STAGE
For an empty property that needs a complete main-floor identity. The setup may include furniture from The West Team’s inventory, artwork, greenery, textiles, rugs, lighting and bathroom accessories.
