In today’s feature Before & After home we had an amazing family who went above and beyond and took all of our recommendations. Their main issue was storage which resulted in a lot of clutter. We dropped off our “Get Started Moving Package” to get the ball rolling of packing boxes and decluttering their space. Once the space was clear of as much as they could live without, we sent in our painter extraordinaire; Cam Greer, owner of PennySaving Painting. Cam did an amazing job of removing the border wallpaper, patching holes, fixing imperfections, painting baseboards and finishing the entire main floor in Windsbreath by Benjamin Moores.
Once the painting was done, The West Team provided their staging services. Some fresh new neutral art, crisp white curtains, a pop of texture and greenery and the room was renewed! Check out the Before & After of the living room:

As the hub of the home, the kitchen needed some attention. Cam painted the cabinet doors, we added a new back-splash, rid the home of unnecessary counter top appliances, and resurfaced the counter tops with a DIY product from Lowes. All in all, The West Team worked with the sellers of this home to get it in tip-top shape. It hits the market this week and we can’t wait to show it off to buyers.
