Cutting edge negotiation is one of Josh West’s greatest strengths; he is the Bull Dog on the team. Josh takes great pride in netting the most amount of money in his clients’ pocket. Josh started his career in Real Estate in 2007 with a passion for the business second to none. Early on in his career he realized that he could utilize his tech savvy passion for technology and his keen business sense to bring a great service to both his buyer and seller clients.
Josh believes in the importance of knowing the market and studies it daily in order to provide his clients with clear, logical advice to best assist them. He is consistently praised for his honesty, integrity and efficiency which has led him to a business that is rich with referrals and repeat business. Josh has been a top-producing agent since 2008, yielding him many awards in his office and nationwide.
Richelle is a high energy, motivated leader who is passionate about setting goals with her team members and holding them accountable to achieving their dreams. She is a strong believer in the saying “Team work makes the Dream work” and strives to create a unique culture and environment in which her team members can excel and become the best version of themselves. Richelle is also committed to community building, specifically in her neighbourhood of Kanata. Coming from a place of contribution is a cornerstone of her beliefs.
Cindy is a bilingual sales representative who prides herself on surpassing her clients’ expectations. Having worked in customer service her entire life, she is passionate about helping others. Cindy’s entrepreneurial spirit, combined with her intuitive ability to empathize with her clients, enables her to adapt easily to any kind of situation.
Cindy grew up in a small town and believes that is where she got her “down to earth” personality and her desire to help others in the community. She loves to travel and discover new countries, their food and traditions. In her down time, she likes to stay active and spend time as much time as possible with her family and friends.
Licensed since 2004, Eric has had the opportunity to serve many clients and found a home on The West Team in 2018. A sales representative specializing in buying and investing, Eric will take his time to make sure he understands your goals. On top of his extensive experience buying and selling residential homes, Eric has also built a portfolio of investment properties and a property management company, equipping him with the knowledge to best serve this niche market.
After graduating from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Marketing, Kaity Campbell found her dream job in real estate when applying her business knowledge to a social environment. Her youthful passion for marketing and advertising helps deliver a creative and dynamic aspect to the team. She understands that today’s real estate consumers rely heavily on technology in both the purchase and sale of a home and has adapted her operational strategy to reflect that.
As an Ottawa native, Kaity delivers a high degree of market knowledge as she has experienced the evolution of the housing market. In her spare time she enjoys going to Greco, traveling, playing ringette, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
