We have had a really busy couple months in real estate and have loved every second of it! This week, we listed a beautiful home in Stittsville, 43 Chantilly Gate, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse with no rear neighbours. Prepping this home reminded us of a past staging project. Our client was a busy working professional and needed all the help of The West Team to get the home ready for market.
We started with a listing & staging consultation where we assessed the needs of the home and what needed to be done to get our client top dollar. Already having the added benefit of being in a great location, we determined this home needed a new exterior garage door, had to be freshly painted, and decluttered.
We started by creating a strategic plan & timeline with our client, taking each task step-by-step. Then we rolled up our sleeves (literally) and went to work. We decluttered, packed and arranged a junk removal trip (thanks to our friends at Junk Lads), replaced the exterior garage door, had the main floor & baseboards freshly painted, cleaned, staged & photographed ALL IN THE COURSE OF THREE DAYS!
