We started off 2017 with a bang and kept the momentum rolling through the spring market, ending the first half of the year with $27 million in transactions. Setting goals and striving to achieve the best results for our clients, we had some very exciting milestones. So today, we’re counting down our five spring wins.
#5 – We grew our network of professionals
When The West Team creates tailored strategic plans and timelines for our clients, we rely on variety of professionals to assist us! This spring, we grew our network with Rideau Valley Cleaning and The Carpet Repair Guys. We called Pat to get a home’s carpets flat as part of a strategic plan and he did phenomenal job.
#4 – Fallowfield Developments continued to blossom
We work closely with Fallowfield Developments to get clients in their ultimate dream home and it’s been a great year so far! FFD has worked with dreamers and built over 12 homes this year!
#3 – Stunning transformations with incredible results
It’s no secret that our strategic plans and timelines are our secret sauce. We provide transparent information to our clients and create a plan that will work for them, their home and will yield outstanding results. The two listings below are proof that no matter the size our strategic plans and timelines WORK!
43 Chantilly Gate is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome. Our seller clients and team put a lot of effort into prepping 43 Chantilly, transforming it from family to model home and it paid off. In less than two weeks, this home was sold.
252 Irving Place is a 6 bedroom, 3 bath two-storey that has a lot of traditional character that our staging and prep efforts showed off, selling in less than a week. Check out this video and let the transformation speak for itself.
#2 – Mega 101 with The West Team
We were to honored to be asked to participate in a panel with Keller Williams Integrity and discuss The West Team’s journey. We shared with fellow agents our achievements, obstacles and how we provide the best service for our amazing clients.
