Half Year Success 2018

We’re thrilled at the progress The West Team has made this year. It all starts with setting goals and celebrating each victory. We are dedicated to providing an incredible experience for our clients, helping over 80 families so far this year. We’re excited for what’s in store and meeting new people to help achieve their real estate goals.

Hot market, team building and more, here’s what we’re celebrating this half-year.

#5 – 336 Kingbrook Dr. sold for 101.2% of asking!

This incredible executive townhome sold just after one weekend on the market! We’re proud of this win because of what we could do for our client. We watched the market carefully and worked together as a team to price it well. After staging, cleaning and photography, we are so thrilled to say this home sold for over ask.

#4 – We reached over 500 Facebook likes!

We set a goal and achieved it a few days after. Our goal is to reach 1,000 by the end of 2018. Share our Facebook Page with your friends and family and help us achieve this milestone!

#3 – 257 Arlington Ave. sold for 106.72% of asking!

We helped the sellers buy this home in 2016 and were honored to help them sell it this year. We staged this home to reflect all the love the owners put into it. The home sold in multiple overs! Check it out:

#2 – Our team grew by two!

Just in the last few weeks, we’ve welcomed Sales Representative, Mitch MacKenzie and Real Estate Broker, Eric Burgin to our team! We’re so excited to have them with us. Feel free to reach out to them to discuss your dream home!

#1 – We helped over 80 families with their real estate goals.

Thank you to everyone who referred their family, friends or co-workers. We are grateful everyday to have the opportunity to touch so many lives. THANK YOU! If we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet, we certainly look forward to it!
