STEP 2 – OBTAIN FINANCIAL PRE APPROVAL & ANALYZE YOUR NEEDS
The next step in the home buying process is knowing how much you can budget for. A pre-approval lets you know how much you can afford, what your interest rate will likely be and what your monthly mortgage payment will look like. STEP 3 – SELECT & VIEW PROPERTIES

STEP 4 – WRITE AN OFFER FOR PURCHASE
