Keller Williams’ Cultural Ambassadors exemplify what it means to live the mission, vision and values of the company. Every year, agents internationally are recognized for their outstanding contributions to elevating culture in and outside of brokerage activities. The West Team’s Aislyn Hanel was recognized as Keller William Canada’s 2020 Cultural Ambassador and we could not be more proud, or in agreement, with that. Aislyn truly exemplifies KW culture through participating in leading IGNITE courses (introductory classes for new agents), always stepping up to volunteer and being the type of person that fills a room with excitement and energy.
“Culture is important to me because I feel like it’s a result of a shared mindset which is always very important and great that everyone you’re working with has an alike mindset,” says Aislyn, “At KW, I mean, I’ve been here for 10 years, and what keeps me here is the mindset at KW which is all around integrity, sharing, we’re education focused. It’s all around inclusiveness and positivity which are all attributes I do I aspire to exemplify.”
While this year is different for many reasons, Aislyn is looking forward to more opportunities as a member of Keller Williams Integrity’s Agent Leadership Council (ALC). “I definitely want to have a focus on leadership more this year. I’m working on the Growth Committee with our ALC and I really want to focus on how [we] can provide more value to our agents by our agents,” Aislyn says.
