We recently listed and sold a beautiful bungalow in Westboro. We knew this particular home would get a lot of interest, mainly due to its location but also because it was a large corner lot with great curb appeal. However, the owner didn’t feel ready to sell. She was getting ready to downsize and felt overwhelmed with having to get her home ready. We typically rent a Budget moving truck and use it for the day moving our items from our storage locker to our listings – but it is always nice to move from one home right on to the next.
